The Latin America Online Campaign is the first in the installment of online initiatives developed by GPDNet to strengthen the relationship between Qatar, Cuba and Mexico through public diplomacy.

This initiative aims to bridge the distance between Qatar, Cuba and Mexico; enhance the cooperation between Katara Cultural Village Foundation, Public diplomacy and strategy unit  from Mexico, and the Center for Research of International Policy in Cuba and promote our countries tourism, culture and sport.
