Katara Public Diplomacy Center is founded as unprecedented public diplomacy think tank, that will shape the global perception about Qatar and influence the behavior of the foreign public in the 21st Century and beyond, through strategic engagement campaigns to be conducted in alignment with Qatar’s broad foreign policy objectives set for securing the national interest of present and future generation as mentioned in Qatar National Vision 2030.
About Katara Cultural Village
The Cultural Village Foundation (CVF) “Katara" began its soft operations in 2008 and 2010 is considered an official operation of its various activities while continuing to complete the construction and expansion phases until today. The Cultural Village is a unique project in the Middle East, and indeed the world, as an integrated cultural village that simulates various civilizations. The dual nature of the cultural district, with its cultural and commercial sectors, represents an additional advantage for achieving financial sustainability in the medium or long term. As well as the integration in one place between the local community of Katara with the external community and the public of visitors, including citizens, residents and tourists.
